From 24 to 30 June 2024, the event year for amateur cyclists and professionals will reach a special highlight. Within a few days, the superlative cycling events of the Race Across The Alps, Nightrace and the Dreiländergiro in Nauders will be lined up one after the other.
Cycling – demanding, unique, imposing – both in the sporting field, which demands toughness, bite and ambition from the exceptional athletes, and in experiencing the special alpine beauty and the unforgettable atmosphere that the cycling week offers for participants and the public.

Race Across the Alps

Nauders invites you to the next top event for cycling enthusiasts. The 22nd Race Across The Alps with its start and finish in Nauders is the toughest one-day race in the world. This discipline is reserved exclusively for long-distance specialists – within 24 hours you have to combat mountain roads and passes through the three countries of Italy, Switzerland and Austria, completing a route of 525 kilometres and over 14,000 metres in altitude.

The spectacular Nightrace will also take place on 23 June. The race through the middle of the village provides that extra kick and is the perfect introduction to the Dreiländergiro.
Dreiländergiro

The Dreiländergiro is indisputably one of the largest grassroots cycling events in Europe. With a field of participants from around 30 nations, it is the 29th edition of the racing classic on the program. Two selected routes form the basis for the 3,000 athletes who, starting from Nauders, tackle up to 3,300 metres in altitude with gradients of up to 15 percent. Whether the 168 kilometres over the Stelvio Pass and the Ofen Pass or the compact 120 kilometres up the Stelvio Pass and back through the Vinschgau – both variants of the Giro through the three countries of Austria, Italy and Switzerland offer amazing impressions and physical limit experiences at the top level.
