Regional restaurateurs passionately conjure up sophisticated specialities from local ingredients - from hearty classics to creative reinterpretations of Tyrolean cuisine. Accompanied by rousing DJ sounds and live music, a unique atmosphere is created that makes the festival a real highlight of the winter season.
